Independent Sales Representative

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Independent Sales Representative to sell our HIGH QUALITY gloves to small & mid-market businesses throughout the greater Seattle area. He/She will help grow our sales, brand awareness and market share in the region and work closely with the ownership to develop our growth. This is an independent sales position which is 100% commission based.

Your primary focus is to establish relationships with businesses, educate them on our products, offer up to date inventory of new models, and ultimately provide customers a better product.

 

End Goal:

Our goal is to help our sales representative retire asap.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationship with customers through referrals and networking with local businesses

  • Help businesses find the best products to meet their needs while maintaining a high level of customer service

  • Maintain current businesses by developing relationships with clients

  • Submit orders on behalf of customers

  • Receive calls from local and regional customers

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales and Account management experience with success selling into an established market

  • Great communicator and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

 

Preferred

  • Knowledge of glove industry

  • Experience selling safety gloves
